Outcome of reviewed reports
Not every report is published. If the evidence is insufficient or the complaint is irrelevant, we reject it.
A report is not published the moment it is submitted.
A user submits a report with evidence. It can also be done anonymously.
Our moderator team examines the information, evidence and screenshots. Incomplete or unproven complaints are dropped at this step.
The admin panel does the final review. A report is published only after approval.
Every report can be challenged. When a complaint comes in, the moderator team reviews the matter again in depth.

You can respond, and if the information is wrong you can ask for it to be corrected or removed. If you send a request with proof, we verify again.
If a report is false, vindictive or based on mistaken identity, let us know — we will verify and take action.
You can ask for a report or review you submitted to be deleted. You can also ask for your account to be deleted.
Reports and reviews published on Capscan are users' own statements and experiences. We do an initial check before publishing, but they are not court judgments or legal proof. Verify for yourself before making a decision based on any information. For financial losses, we recommend filing a complaint with law enforcement or the relevant authorities.
