How to ask
- Message us. Write to us on WhatsApp or by email that you want your account and data deleted. Include the email or phone number of your account.
- Confirm it is you. So nobody else can delete your account, we check that the account is yours.
- Get confirmation. We let you know on the same channel once the deletion is done.

What is deleted
- Account details: name, email, phone number and password
- Profile picture and other profile details
- Your notifications
- The Google sign-in link, if you used one
What happens to published reports and reviews
Verified, published reports help protect others from scams. When you delete your account they are usually kept anonymously — your name and identity are no longer shown. Unpublished reports are deleted completely.
If you want a specific report or review removed completely, include its link in your request.
