I purchased a dress from Hooks&Ribbons which was a defective piece and they admitted it too. Since then they are just giving reply like janacchi Apu,but they didn't bother . Now neither they are refunding me nor they are sending the dress despite of saying that I'm leaving county soon. Now that I commented in their post, they have deleted that as well. Finally it's not about only the dress,they are renowned brand doing such fraud. It's my hard earned money that I spent. Be aware of them before buying anything as I also bought dress after seeing so much good reviews. Is there anyone who can actually help to resolve this matter?
